john sullivan | principal, ceo

John is a seasoned leader with over 17 years of experience spanning higher education, PK-12 schools, nonprofits, startups, and church executive leadership. He specializes in people, leadership, and organizational health—and has a track record of doubling enrollment, erasing decades-old debt, and raising millions for mission-driven growth. John holds a doctorate in organizational leadership from Vanderbilt University and two degrees from Harding University in counseling and ministry. A Nashville native, he lives with his wife, Brittany, and daughter, Carley Jean. When he’s not coaching leaders or casting vision, you’ll likely find him outdoors.

marc fager | Sr. strategist

With over 20 years in counseling and leadership, Dr. Marc Fager excels in identifying and solving problems while facilitating positive change. As Co-owner and senior facilitator at Sage Creek Consulting, LLC, he empowers closely held businesses with tailored solutions, driving sustainable success. In his role as Director of Field Placement at Harding University, Dr. Fager bridges communication gaps to enhance care, program development, and productivity, showcasing his commitment to excellence.

Sarah is a StoryBrand Certified Guide with over a decade of experience in digital marketing, communications, and nonprofit storytelling. She previously served as Communications Director for a multi-site megachurch in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where she led high-impact campaigns, increased engagement across digital platforms, and helped raise millions through generosity initiatives. Today, she helps mission-driven organizations clarify their message, grow awareness, and communicate with heart — specializing in marketing strategy, donor messaging, and narrative-based Case for Support writing.
